PRIVATE · BY INVITATION · FIRST SPOTS OPEN MAY 2026
AI is not a technology problem. It's a leadership problem.
Private 1:1 coaching for business builders, team leaders, and ambitious professionals done watching AI happen to everyone else. Five years of operational receipts. Trilingual delivery. A small number of spots — by design.
"The most surprising part was that getting started actually was not that hard. Turning the chaos of my life into structure and systems that work for me."
— Ellen Spooner, Media & Strategic Communications Manager, Waitt Institute

Claude Code — live
This is not for everyone.
It's for you if —
01
You're building a business
You run the ops. You've tried AI tools. They sit in your tabs unused. You need someone to show you — in your actual systems, with your actual workflows — what to build and in what order. This is that.
02
You're leading a team
Your team is asking what your AI plan is. You don't have one — not because you're not smart, but because nobody has built one that fits your company. We'll build yours in weeks, not years. Starting with you.
03
You're advancing professionally
Your industry is moving. The people getting promoted are the ones who can actually operate AI — not the ones who can talk about it. The difference is months of hands-on work with someone who has already done it.
This is not a group program. This is coaching — hands-on, specific to your business, and built around the tools that actually exist in 2026.
Hands-on. Specific to your work. Built around 2026 tools.
We start with what's already on your plate. Then we figure out what AI can take off it. Then we build the first thing together so you see it working — in your real business, not a demo.
I've been building with AI since 2021. The difference between the entrepreneurs who are winning and the ones still watching from the side is not technical skill. It is operational clarity.
Most AI education teaches you concepts. This teaches you to operate.
"The end goal isn't using AI. It's having AI on your team."
This isn't a bottleneck. It's the model.
I don't coach cohorts. I don't run a group program. I don't sell a course you can buy and forget.
Every person I coach gets built-to-order systems — for their business, their team, or their role — hands-on sessions, and direct access to me. Not a team of people using my name. That is why I limit it. And that is why a waitlist exists.
If you want to go fast, buy a course.
If you want to go far, apply for the waitlist.
The number of people I coach at any given time is small on purpose. That's the offer.
Built around you. Not around a tool.
Most AI coaching forces you through the same sequence regardless of what you need, how you work, or how much time you actually have.
I don't coach that way.
Some people I coach spend their entire engagement inside Claude.ai — using it to draft, plan, analyze, and operate their business without ever touching code. That is more than enough for most professionals, and it is often faster to results than the technical path.
Other people, once they hit the ceiling of what Claude.ai can do, graduate into Claude Code — where we build custom agents, automate operations, and deploy systems that run without them.
Which path you're on is decided by your business, your time, and how far you actually want to go. Not by a pre-packaged program.
01 / HOW WE START
Start with what's already on your plate.
No theory. No demos. We begin with the actual work you already do, and figure out what AI should be doing for you instead.
02 / HOW WE WORK
Built around your time. Not against it.
If you have three hours a week, we build a plan for three hours a week. I coach people who work a lot and need to be strategic about where AI fits in. I meet you there.
03 / HOW FAR WE GO
You choose the ceiling.
Most people stay in Claude.ai — and get everything they need from it. Some graduate into Claude Code to build custom agents. Both are legitimate destinations. The right path is the one you'll actually follow.
The goal is not to turn you into a developer. The goal is to make AI a reliable part of how you work — at whatever level matches your life.
